Collaboration Between Line OA and MyCloud Fulfillment
Automatic Order Connection from Line Shopping
If you have Line Shopping, you can create an order from Line Shopping by selecting the desired items, allowing the customer to make a payment. The order will then be sent to Line Shopping and passed on to MyCloud for fulfillment. Stock levels will also be updated across all sales channels.
Automatic Order Integration from Vrich
When an order is placed through Line OA, the information is sent to the OMS (Vrich), which then connects to MyCloud. MyCloud pulls the order details to adjust stock levels, enters the picking-packing-shipping process, and automatically updates the order status back to Line OA so that the store can track the progress seamlessly.
Creating a Bitly Link for Order Management
Customers can use the Link Bitly feature through MyCloud, which generates a link with specified items, quantities, and payment details. Once you share this link through chat and customers fill in their details along with a payment slip, the system will forward the data to MyCloud, and the fulfillment process will begin immediately.
